أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّه التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ وَ عِقَابِهِ , وَشَرِّ عِبَادِهِ , وِمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِيْنَ وَأَنْ يَّحْضُرُوْنِ

‘Ā’ishah narrated that Anytime the Messenger of Allah, Peace and Blessings be upon him, would develop into sick, he would recite [the final three Surahs in the Quran] and after that blow over his entire body.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنٍ أَوْ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

 كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِۦ ۖ وَٱعْفُ عَنَّا وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَٱرْحَمْنَآ ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَىٰنَا فَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

This is often one of those verses that will come up both equally in occasions of avoiding damage from coming to us and of healing ourselves from the effects of evil.

رَبَّنَا اللَّه الَّذِي فِيْ السَّمَاءِ تَقَدَّسَ اسْمُكَ , وَ أَمْرُكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَ الأَرْضِ , كَمَا رَحْمَتُكَ فِيْ السَّمَاءِ فَاجْعَلْ عَلَى هَذَا الْوَجَعِ فَيَبْرَأَ

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ

Emotion sleepy and large makes you slide asleep much more conveniently. Even so, don't be scared When you have nightmares. Go on to perform the dhikr and recite the ruqyah continually until the indicators disappear.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيْكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيْكَ , مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنٍ حَاسِدٍ , اللَّهُ يَشْفِيْكَ , بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيْكَ

وَأَوْحَيْنَآ Discover More إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۖ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ.

After the holy Prophet Muhammad was sick and Jibril came to go to him and described which the health issues arrived as a result of the evil eye, and he made this ruqya dua for your Prophet (Noticed).

سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

Based on the hadith of our beloved Prophet Muhammad, might Allah bless him and grant him peace. The roqya Islam is with the era on the Messenger, as It isn't a different technique, but there are numerous Muslims who nonetheless feel that it truly is a method to talk to evil spirits, and this can be a Wrong belief.
